Comments

If you interact with our virtual concierge via the communication platform WhatsApp in the course of your website visit, you agree to the data protection provisions. Use of the virtual concierge is voluntary. Our staff naturally remain personally available to you for all matters. The virtual concierge is intended to assist you with questions and requests, to provide you with suggestions and offers tailored to your interests and needs, and to evaluate your feedback. Our virtual concierge creates a profile of you, which is processed and enriched with the help of artificial intelligence. In doing so, your communication with the virtual concierge and its responses are recorded, processed and linked with existing or future data records, meaning that you can decide in this respect which data you wish to share with us. We process the following personal data of yours for the virtual concierge:

We are the controller for this personal data and transmit it to heyteo AG for processing. heyteo AG qualifies as a processor within the meaning of Art. 5 lit. k FADP and Art. 4 No. 8 GDPR and processes this personal data on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with heyteo AG to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law. However, heyteo AG cannot provide the virtual concierge without involving further companies. For this purpose, your personal data is also transferred abroad in compliance with the statutory provisions, whereby heyteo AG has in turn concluded data processing agreements with these sub-processors and has taken appropriate safeguards when transferring personal data to countries without an adequate level of data protection (including the USA). In addition to the purpose of providing the virtual concierge service as described above, your personal data is also used by the following companies as controllers for the purposes described in their respective privacy policies. In this context, your personal data is used primarily for the security, analysis, maintenance, support and improvement of the systems deployed. When you reserve a table with us – e.g. via our booking tool – we collect your contact details (including name and mobile number). We may use this booking data to contact you via WhatsApp: for service-related messages (e.g. reservation confirmations) as well as for information and marketing regarding our own offers (e.g. season opening, promotions, prize draws). You may object to this use at any time by writing "STOP" in WhatsApp. For dispatch via WhatsApp, data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms respectively; this may involve a transfer to the USA. The protection of the data is ensured by appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses or certification under the Swiss/EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
